Program purpose

Substitutions module is incorporated into the timetabling program NIKA and allows to modify the timetable on a daily basis. The main purpose of the module is to modify the school timetable depending on the number of teachers who are absent on a given day of the week.

By means of TimeTable publishing module modifications of the timetable can be promptly reported to teachers, students and their parents. «TimeTable publishing module» allows to display the timetable of classes and teachers on the website of the educational institution or on the public WEB-portal «NIKA-Soft» or on the touch screens of lobby kiosk-terminals.

New functionality that appeared in 2022 allows to display timatables using wall LCD information dashboards.
